The Job
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the L&D team, overseeing the creation, updating, and maintenance of learning and training resources for Simpro Group. They are also responsible for managing additional learning projects in collaboration with various departments and L&D team members.What You’ll Do
Lead, manage, and support the L&D team to ensure effective development and delivery of learning resources.
Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of training materials and learning assets for Simpro Group.
Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Manage multiple learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Support change management and improve business processes, implementing various initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the L&D team and the broader organization.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Simpro Group’s L&D offerings remain competitive and relevant.
