Job Summary
We’re excited to invite an Azure-certified professional to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As an IT Analyst – Azure Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Level 2 product support, ensuring seamless customer onboarding, and executing platform service installations. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical proficiency with a proactive and customer-first mindset.
What will you do in
RamSoft?
- Provide L2 product support for Azure-based services and internal platforms.
- Handle customer onboarding requests, ensuring smooth and timely setup.
- Perform Platform Service (PS) installations, configurations, and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain documentation related to support processes, onboarding workflows, and standard installations.
- Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and contribute to the continuous improvement of support operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Networking, and Storage.
- Proven experience in Level 2 (L2) technical support roles.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and incident management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to engage with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing support role.
